of certified Anusara yoga teacher Cindy Lusk. My motto is “Live Your Yoga” because I believe yoga is much more than “stretching
in sanskrit” (as one of my
teachers is fond of saying). This site is intended to provide you not only with information about
who I am and my class schedule but opportunities and resources intended to deepen your experience of yoga. These
include retreats, workshops, and yoga philosophy study. For
aspiring teachers, I offer a mentoring program tailored to
